Duke University has gone Mad

Duke University requires all applicants less than or equal to 30yrs of age who are interested in financial aid to obtain their parent’s income statement.

This is the most rediculous requirement I have ever heard.  People who are married with children are required to obtain “daddy’s” income statement if they are 30 or younger.  Can you believe this?
